About Spicy Herbs by Radhika Arora

I, Chef Radhika Arora am a Diploma holder and alumni of International Institute of Culinary Arts, New Delhi and did my industrial training from the prestigious hotel, The Imperial in New Delhi and then joined ITC Maurya in the Gardemanger Kitchen. Specializing in Cold Appetizers i.e. salads, sandwiches, dips and canapés, I can pamper your taste buds with healthy organic food cooked with the freshest ingredients. My team of qualified chefs offer an entire range of European, Awadhi and North Indian Menu. 1. I am an Award Winner from Aahar. I have won Silver Medal in the culinary competitions at Aahar, 2016. 2. At the DessertarianFest, 2017 at Select City Walk, with 50+ brands and 200+ desserts , my Phirni won the 3rd prize in the competition of "Master of Desserts Indian Category". Judged by Food Impresario and Restauranteur Marut Sikka.
