I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years dappling in many roles in management and directorial roles however I found my passion for cooking when my daughter was spending her university holidays in 2017. We both, found of biryanis and fusion recipes, started a home run kitchen. Been always on the top of the managerial chain, I never got to step into the kitchen all this while however when I started cooking at home with my daughter I not only found success and encouragement in my own skills but it was a great bonding experience as well. Over the last few years, I have been operating now from my base kitchen, experimenting with food with a huge emphasis on quality, taste, and presentation.
